Finished Act 1 and 2 with Marcin on Nightmare difficulty. Mostly playing as the character "Doc" using a Shotgun deck while he's using a Melee build. Marcin always dies to the level design, jumping around and accidently falling into a pit. |

Finally got my first Gold Stake win using the Red Deck with two poly-chrome Joker Stencils, which was very lucky. **Update 1:** FINALLY BEAT NEBULA DECK! Dude, that was hard. Got super lucky in ante 1 and got 2 Ancient Jokers. Basically played flushes the whole match and finished this gold stake. **Update 2:** Almost done with the last deck, the fabled "Black Deck", so five wins to go. |

Got all the achievements. Fortuanately the online was still populated, but that was probably because Doom: The Dark Ages was about to release in a few days. Had a few problematic cheaters ruining the great multiplayer. They would run super fast like The Flash and win every game. |

Back in 1998, I asked the guy working the PC software section at Micro Center what game I should get, then he handed me a boxed copy of this and told me, "It will change your life". I installed it on the family computer running Windows 95 with 1GB of storage and 64MB of RAM and instantly finished puberty. I recently watched Amber play most of the game on PS2 and she agreed that it's a classic. No cutscenes, great environmental storytelling, and awesome encounters. |
