I got the platinum trophy while dealing with a flooded apartment in Japan. Enjoyed collecting all the fish in this game and loved the gameplay loop. It starts a bit hard, but gets too easy later in the game. I didn't expect some horror elements, so that caught me off guard, but overall a nice gem worth trying! |

Played online during a Dreamcast game night. The lag was so so bad, due in part to a 33kbps modem over WiFi and being in Japan, but none the less had fun. Also wanted to play this game online at least once in my life, so I'm happy I got to experience it! |

Yes, I bought this crap since my friend Nate insisted on it. Basically plays a little like Quake. While the graphics (and environments), controls, and network programming were great, charging $40 for the amount of content was a rip off. Probably did it so that if it was popular, then locking people to pay for a PS subscription to play was a huge money bonus down the line. Also the character models were not really cool and generic. |

I finished the first game, but I don't think I 100% completed everything in the 1st game, but now I can start playing the second one. At least I don't have to look for sunlight to play this unlike the GBA version. |

My aunt had a copy of DreamSNES for the Dreamcast and that's how I played this gem. The emulator on the Dreamcast ran at around 15fps and stuttered a lot. But I was a kid and getting care, the game was that good I just kept playing. I'll play it again on the Switch in Japanese next time since I forgot a lot about it. Also, AVGN did a video on this game and it's definitely one of his best! |
